StackEngine

Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 17, 2026

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using StackEngine ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. PROVISION OF SERVICE & "BRING YOUR OWN KEY" (BYOK)

StackEngine provides a client-side web interface designed to facilitate user interaction with Large Language Models (LLMs).

  • We do not provide the LLM processing capabilities ourselves.
  • All computations, AI generations, and responses are handled by third-party providers.
  • Users must supply their own valid API keys. You are solely responsible for compliance with the terms of service of your chosen LLM provider.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree not to use StackEngine for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. You are solely responsible for:

  • The security and confidentiality of your API keys.
  • The nature and content of the source code, configurations, or prompts you choose to process.
  • Ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to transmit your data.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & RESTRICTIONS

The underlying automation logic, factory scripts, structural design, UI/UX, and original code of StackEngine are the exclusive property of StackEngine. Users may not reverse-engineer the client-side sanitization protocols.

5. TRANSPARENCY & AUDIT

We encourage an "Audit via F12" approach. Users are encouraged to open their browser's Developer Tools (Network Tab) to independently verify that payloads are routed exactly as claimed and that StackEngine servers are bypassed.

6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. STACKENGINE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL STACKENGINE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. Specifically, StackEngine holds zero liability for data breaches at the LLM provider level or financial charges incurred via misused user API keys.
